Shipping and handling charges are as follows:
U.S., $6 for first copy, plus $1 for each extra copy (USPS Media Mail)
Noncontiguous U.S. (including AK, GU, HI, PR), $10 for first copy, plus $4 for each extra copy (USPS Priority Mail)
Canada & Mexico, $13 for first copy, plus $7 for each extra copy (USPS International Priority Mail)
Countries other than the U.S., Canada, & Mexico, $20 for first copy, plus $13 for each extra copy (USPS First Class International Mail)
For orders outside of the contiguous United States:
The shipping & handling charges above are for orders of up to 10 books. Please contact us for S&H charges if you wish to place a single order for more than 10 copies.
